Cheap Color Blocking Options

If you didn't know any better you would think its almost summer.  This is good and bad news for me.  Since I tend to wear a lot of black the warm weather means its time to find more colors.  I found a few simple inexpensive options to brighten even this funeral directors wardrobe.

And she does it again....mom made a huge score on craigslist.  Lucite chairs, stools, and tables are all over the blog world but any source you find them on charges an arm, leg, and first born.

Amazingly she found these bad boys...

but not at THIS price.

Hair Product Rave

So if you are like me and your hair is fried, dyed, and swooped to the side then this is the product for you.  

Its the lighter version for blonde hair and all you need is a small amount... which means it lasts forever.  I put it in my hair after the shower, let it air dry a little, then blow it out.  Its amazing how different your hair feels and makes it look so much healthier.  Do yourself a favor and pick this up, you won't be disappointed.  

Finally!

After endless months of searching, my mom found two AH-mazing bar carts for me!  The first one is not exactly what I had in mind but for $5.00 her and I couldn't pass it up!

Once we give this bad boy a makeover I envision this....

Thankfully she still kept an eye out and a week later found this guy!

Andddd I'm back!  I have lots of fun things to share; recent craigslist finds, Vegas dress ideas, hair product reviews, etc.  Unfortunately I have been super busy with work and life so after I enjoy this lazy Sunday its back to regular blogging...I hope.

DIY Day 3

My best friend Chelsea and I were successful at making a homemade headboard a while back, but I never thought tufting would be an easy at home project.

...to bring you the deal of the day.  I decided to stop at Macy's on my lunch break today and honestly the last thing I thought I would find was this..

I have been looking for the perfect leopard jacket for a while now.  They were having a one day sale but the deal was even better than what the price tag said.

I ended up getting this bad boy for....wait for it....$39.99!! Thats a $100.00 discount.  Today was definitely my day.
